The free operations audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase additional services. Audit results are generated using AI and represent our analysis of the information you provide. Results are for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice.
We stand behind our work, but business results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, execution, and individual business circumstances. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, cost savings, or operational improvements. Client results shared on our website represent actual results and are not typical.
Terms for paid engagements — including scope, payment schedule, and deliverables — are governed by the individual service agreement executed between Run with Apex and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement controls.
All content on runwithapex.com — including text, design, methodology, and systems — is the property of Apex AI Services LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Audit reports and deliverables created for you are yours to keep and use in your business.
